In April 2025, Mobilligent Technologies acquired the controlling stake in phone2phone.hk, using forward-looking strategies and innovative technologies to drive significant expansion in the fast-evolving mobile device market.

In August 2025, Mobilligent Technologies completed the full acquisition of phone2phone.hk.
In October 2025, phone2phone.hk launched a new website with full e-commerce functionality, enabling customers to enjoy a self-service shopping experience. New categories such as accessories and supermarket products will be introduced in partnership with multiple suppliers, offering a diverse range of value-for-money items beyond mobile devices.
Mobilligent Technologies has secured the Radio Dealers Licence (Unrestricted) under Form019(5) pursuant to the Telecommunications Ordinance (Cap. 106).
